Does anybody know there all the data comes from when looking at SAW for JAS. We would like to trend some of the call object stats but we are not sure where the data comes from. Thanks in advance for any replies.
There are certain .jsp files located in the "saw" folder under webclient.war on you webserver. These files have the code wriiten to pull up the CallObject Info, User list info etc.
If you get arround to manipulatiing these files to store th data for later analysis please keep me posted. I had a similar requirement but havent had the time to R&D
