Checking web servers daily

Does anyone have an automated way of checking their web servers as part of their daily system health check? We have 10 web servers (production and non-prod) and every morning someone logs into a web session from each server to verify the server is OK.

I think there was a web client component to AutoPilot. Does anyone know how this works and whether it could be used for this? Thanks.
 
Try setting up SAW on the Web. It allows you to view all webservers on one page and their status.
