What\'s the best SP out now? Win2K3 on Sp21?
We are preparing to move from B7332, SP21, Win2K to ERP8 on Win2K3, with a
brief layover in Xe of course. We are replacing our Enterprise and
Deployment servers at the same time. I would rather not install Win2000 on
the new servers, upgrade to Xe to get SP22 (MTR for Win2003), then upgrade
to Win2K3.
1) What's the most stable SP right now? I remember reading here that SP22
had lots of issues with various one-offs. What's the latest?
2) Can I run B7332, SP21 on Widows 2003? This does not have to be entirely
stable as I will immediately begin the upgrade to Xe and SP2x, then right on
to ERP8.
This will be done in a sandbox, so the users will remain on B7332 on the old
servers until we get this process down right.
B7332, SP21_Q1, SQL2K, Win2K
