I installed the above service pack along with JD21799 ESU using multi foundation methodology on DV and PY. When a user changes his/her password and try to login it pops up a c++ screen and says "access violation". Since F98OWSEC is separated for this install this is happening only in PY/DV. This is on citrix. I have applied the required ESU JD21799. Has anybody seen this before? Thanks

Hello. Try disabling the security server for the PY/DV foundation. Also ensure the workstation from which you are testing this has received the W1 OneOff. The ESU does not take place at this point because it only applies to the P98OWSEC application, which does not run during login. The jde.log can also give you good indications of where the problem is.
