Security License in DMZ

Hello List,
We're having an issue trying to update our license files (new SPC) on a Terminal server that resides outside of our network in a DMZ environment. This TS doesn't have the ability to communicate to our deployment server in order to retrieve the new SPC code. Short of "pulling" it back in to our network through the firewalls is there any way of updating the security files? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

OneWorld XE, SP19.1 G1
RS6000, Oracle8.1.7, TS Win2k

As far as I know, the only way you are going to get past this is to temporarily put the server back on your LAN to get the code, or punch a hole in your firewall to let it talk to the deployment server.

Try this (never tried it myself) :
shut down temporarily your DS and rename any old machine with the deployment server's name, install OW to it. Copy the jde*.* files to your DS (it's small, fits on a diskette).
Let us know if it worked, Gerd

When resetting the code in OW, there are two buttons on that form one to reset the code on the Server and another one - on the Client.

Run it from your TSE, call Response Line and enter the code for the Client only.

Regards,
Alex.

Thank you all for your suggestions. We ended up having to bring our TS out of the DMZ and into our domain. It's a pain to have to bring down the firewall and then up again. However, it did help us get a new SPC code. We ran in to a time issue. We didn't have the luxury of spending alot of time trying different solutions. The clients are happy. Thanks again.
