Pay Stub History does not show

Hi,
Since I installed JD17722 for Vertex 2.4.9 , after final update the Pay Stub history and Payment history do not show for employee with earnings=0$ (F07186).
Does any of you experienced the same problem?
XE released a SAR for this issue but none on B733.

Yes. We changed the B0700002 to allow auto-deposit records with zero
balance.

I modified B0700002.c and it works like a champ.

Note: It is ridiculous that Denver asked us to pay for extended SAR service for them to issue a SAR on this issue even though the code has been changed by their ESU.
