Securitiy on UBEs for checking-out

Hi,
We are currently still at dinosaure version of B733.2
Do you know of any security on objects to be checked-out or checking-in?
Example: I need to give access to Developper#1 to modify or create ONLY R58* and nothing else.

In Xe we use row security on the F9861 to do just that.

Lets say I want to let GROUP_A to create or modify ONLY
R58* and nothing else. Row Security on F9861 but with which DataItem?
