ZIP To PAR convert

Hi,

Currently We are upgrading from E8.12 to E9.1. I want to convert save location of custom UBE (.ZIP) file into .PAR file to restore in E9.1. So please let me know how can I convert or modify that .ZIP file into .PAR file.
