Xe to 8.10 Spec Merge problems

Hello list. I am having troubles with my XE to 8.10 upgrade spec merge. The merge has run and it appeared everything went fine but I only have 539 objects in my F9861 table with SIPATHCD=DV810. My understanding is that this is populated during the spec merge. The 539 objects happen to be the system code '55' objects but no other records exist. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

Hey Dan,
I think the Environment Workbench portion of the upgrade plan populates the
Object Librarian tables for the standard objects. Check the R98403 in the
\PrintQueue folder on the deployment server for this run of the plan. Does it
list F9861 with (I'm stretching my memory here) 27000 or so records inserted?

Did you run an upgrade of Pristine first? What about this R98403?
