Hi List,

I'm using WW to get a report where I have breaks and totals. Is there a way to print only the summary lines without the details?

Yes,
Change the Query Detail (or totals only) flag in the Additional Parameters to "T" for Totals only.

Jeff,

you can print just the summary lines of World Writer by going to Additional Parameters and changing the Detail/Totals parm from 'D' to 'T'.

You will need to include data elements in the Fold of your Sort/Totals controls. To include the data value of a control element, use such as &IBMCU for the Branch Plant number..

I don't have access to A7.3, but you can control the detail line print on the field selection/display screen (Not sure of the name). Change the print setting to N. You should still get your totals and subtotals.
