Workflow - Rejected JE's Email

Hello All,

My client is on E9.1 and using workflow for JE's batch approval process. When a JE is rejected, a WC message is created for the originator but an email is not sent. I checked the settings and approval message and rejection message look the same. The approval sends the email okay.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
