I do not have access to that link as my employer does not have Oracle support. Our 3rd party support company doesn't know the answer to this question is why I am reaching out to you here.

Tell your employer "you have to spend money to make money". Or consider another 3rd party support company.

We all have to do our part to pay for the yachts to get to those Hawaiian islands, you know.
