We are currently running a U.S. instance of JDE Enterprise One Version 8.12.
We are converting our European operations who are using Lawson Financials.
They have indicated that the current setup of our business unit/company will not support their VAT reporting requirements to have sequencial numbering of records. We currently have the business unit = company. They are suggesting their setup needs to have the Legal Entity = company. they have several business units that belong to an Entity. I am looking for more information on best practices for setting up the business unit / company that supports the VAT reporting requirement. Let me know if you support an international system that has VAT reporting requirements and how you met this requirement.
