UTF 8 - Charcter set C295 printing in the flat file using JDE UBE

Hi, We are on 8.49 release and i am trying to print character, C295 from UTF- 8 Character list. I have change the file setting in P93081 for the specific ube/version to use UTF-8. Can anyone advise me how should get this character set printed in the flat file.
