E9.1 Shift_JIS encoding for flat file

Hi,

Can anyone help me with the Shift JIS encoding on a flat file?

I am extracting table data to a flat file, it has japanese characters and it is replacing a few characters from the actual data to some other characters in the flat file.

Has anyone faced similar issue?
