Unable to check in UBE version. API OMWCallMethod returns error.

We are unable to checkin new UBE versions for existing reports in production environment. We have enough space available on the deployment and enterprise server. Report templates exist in production environment. The problem started last week. We are able check in UBE versions in development environment but the projects containing UBE versions can not be transferred to production. We are currently on OneWorld Xe B7334 / SP19 / SQL Server 2000 / Windows 2000. Jdedebug log is enclosed as attachment

i) Why are you trying to do a Checkin in PD Environment.
ii) Are you promoting it from DEV-TEST-PROD?

Is DEV to TEST environment promotion working without any issues?
