UBE\'s on HTML Client

Issue: UBE's not submitting to server from HTML

After building a complete set of serialized objects from our generation machine, and then starting the websphere node, all UBE's submit fine to the server. Every week we bring websphere, JDE and oracle down and perform a cold back-up.

After starting everthing back up some UBE's will not submit to the server and process from the HTML client. They submit fine from a fat client.

Options to make them work is to rebuild the serialized objects for the UBE's not running and then stop / start websphere node, and they work again. This is only a temp solution. This also createslots of downtime for our users

Does anyone know of a permanment fix to this issue ?

What are the specific errors showing up in your JAS server logs (jas.log, rt.log, etc.) Also, are there errors in the WebSphere logs? May want to consider manually clearing the temp server cache from all the application servers.
