UBE will not run from workstation to ent. server

Dear List,

We are experiencing an issue that even the JDE Repsonse Line has not been able to help us with so far. As we all know, JDEList is smarter about OneWorld than JDE themselves, so let me pose the question to you.

I cannot run a UBE on the server, when I submit it from my workstation. I get an error stream like this on my logs:

25767 Thu Oct 23 14:54:06 2003 combined.c344
RDEL0000045 - Could not open tables for reliable event delivery (F90703 and F90704). Reliable event delivery will be disabled

Unable to get Mutex for report: 9T7333R0006PXJDE0001.

Job of type 001 failed with rcode = 1

To confuse matters more, this only happens in one environment (we have 5 total). If I run the same UBE, from the workstation to the server, from any other environment, it works fine.

Further, if I log into this troublesome environment and run the UBE locally, it works fine. And finally, if I run the UBE on the server directly, using the runube command from the UNIX command line, it works fine.

Any one else experienced this phenomenon? Guidance, advice, or suggestions are much appreciated.

By the way, I have already tried checking the "Submit Version Specifications Only" box, and the error messages are the same -- the job will not complete.

Thanks much,
Bob

Hi Bob,
I'd recommend creating a new version - rather than copying one - and do the submit again. I assume there's a problem between you local version and the server version. You also can try deleting your local version and checking it out from the deployment server.

Hope this helps
Wolfgang
