Transaction Processing on UBE.

Problem: Trying to use Transaction Processing in UBE along with Commit and
Rollback System Functions. It seems to be working, but when the user cancels
the UBE it commits the data to the tables. Is this how it works or should it
rollback if the report does not finish. I have and logic of commit and
rollback in the end section report of the last section on the UBE.
