E9.2 Custom Payroll UBE

Hi Everyone, I have a need to build a custom UBE to be called at/near the end of the Pre-Payroll process. The catch is that it will require passing in a custom parameter that would originate from a version of P07210. I'm not super familiar with the JDE Payroll module and have not been able to find anyone who has worked in it to any degree from a development standpoint. I've traced through the P07210, B0700038, and related code and feel like I have a decent handle on how the process flows and how the various "configured" UBE's in F07354 get called, but it's not the most straight forward. Hoping someone has a handy diagram/dialog or can point me to documentation that gets to this level and how the pieces interrelate and flow to confirm.
