Table Conversion cannot open file

We are getting an error that the input text flat file cannot be opened when running a table conversion program.
The input flat file (located in the AS/400 IFS IMPORT directory) is 2.7 gig in size. The TC runs successfully when we change the flat file so that it contains only 10 records. Does anyone know if there is a maximum size for a flat file input to a Table Conversion program.

You may use the CHGPF command and change the max no. of records to *NOMAX for the text file or change the no. of increaments per change time in such a way that the OS will take care of extending the file size.
