specification merge from XE to 8.12

Hi Dear experts

i'm in process of upgrading from XE to 8.12
in specification merge step the R98700 is good except for specific applications who i can find failed to insert in F98751 table for P55PF for example and same message for another applications
but when i consult F98751 there data for this specific application

who can help me

XE with SP19 , WINDOWS 2003 and SQL 2000 SP3
8.12 with 8.96 TOOLS RELEASE
