SP23U1 to SP24.1.4

We are upgrading SP23U1 to SP24.1.4. We need to get to V6R1 on our AS400. I installed the SP on the deploy server and when i try going into JDE i get "Dynamic Link Library for gdiplus.dll not found" Last I remembered when downloading a service pack ALL the code from previous SP's are in it. Also I did find gdiplus.dll in the winnt\microsoft.net\framework folder.

I would also like to know that anyone is using SP24.1.4 and known issues of SP24.1.4

We are upgrading our production environment to S24.1.4 this weekend. We did find issues with launching UBEs from a menu. Oracle provided a POC fix. Not sure when it will be available in a service pack.
