Have you guys come across ShortcutType usage in JDE.INI for Workflow ( for Approval process) ? We ran into a problem where it works fine from a Fat client but sends only Windows shortcut type from CITRIX env. and Web client. Issue is we wanted Shortcuttype to send only Web link so that remote users can see and approve Orders. For that we set the JDE.INI file ShortcutType=HTML, set up mail, made the above INI changes in Entr. Server, CITRIX Server, Web Server, stopped and started JDE Services in Entr. server so that changes kicks in, but still we see mails coming out of JDE to users with Windows link to JDE, not Web link. When I try this from a Fatclient, it sends a Web link. Any idea what's happening here ? Are we missing something?
Env: ERP8.0 with SP22, Entr. Server Win2K, DB SQL2K w SP2, Web Server Wesphere4.0 on Win2K, CITRIX Metaframe 1.8 on WinNT SP6.
