Setting up Rate - Transportation

Dear List,
Is it possible to set up a RATE in percentage respect to total amount of
shipment ? (I.E.: 10% on total amount of the shipment)
That is what should be the rate types and look up types ?
Anybody can help me?

Yes... out in the KG there is a document for Fuel surcharge... that might
help you.. it shows you how to set up the rates as a percentage... like if
you wanted to add 2% on top of the rates charged by the carriers. Let me

Thanks a lot Bobby,
If I use the rate base F(Current Gross Amount) the system works on Billable
charge amount. But I need to apply a percentage on total amount (AEXP). So
can solve this problem too!
