Search approach in World +AS\\400

Hi,Guys,
I'm a new one in World on AS/400. There is a possibility to search by using part of word, or in another word by asterisk at the beginning of query like "*ain sup*". We need it in almost every application..

Hello Dmitry,

Not certain if this is available with FASTR or WW. Only know WRKQRY tool - use the LIKE test to look for string. No use an *, but instead '%' before and/or after the string you wish to identify.

What specific tool are you using that requires the search? Is it DW, WW, FASTR?
