Scheduler problem

We are running Xe B7333 SP21 on Windows 2000 OS. The scheduled jobs did be triggered by the schduler, but all the jobs failed. The scheduled jobs worked for a long time, but somehow it did not work since two days ago. All the jobs gave the status 26, submit error. I did check the JDE.log and debug.log options in the job. but I cannot get any log files. Can someone give me some guidence?

Yes. Post your issue to the Tech/CNC forum and/or Developers Forum instead of this Application/Consultant Forum, because your issue does not fit to this Forum - better fits to the mentioned other two - mainly the first.
