Does anyone use Security Administration Workbench with One World B7331. I am experiencing mixed issues and I wonder if others have had any problems with this.

Thanks,

Greg

Greg,

I'm using Security Workbench on B73.3.1. What's up?

Ian

Current Client Configuration:
OneWorld B73.3.1
Windows 2000, SQL 7
accessed via Remote Desktop (Terminal Server)

I am using SAW for the purpose of seeing which users are on the system. The network monitor in System Administration Tools is not working properly. I have to open SAW twice to see the users. I am seeing 4 connections to our Terminal Server, which I know that there are more people on Terminal Server than just 4. Do you know of any issues with SAW as pertaining to viewing the Full Clients connection?

Greg

Greg,

For What Its Worth, my opinion is that SAW still has a ways to go before it is a useful System Administration tool. The issue with correctly reporting connected users I believe is a known issue under B7331. Not sure if it was addressed under XE or not. We use an Oracle tool that identifies the Workstation/Host names to see who's connected instead.
