SAR 6855464 - AR Conversion

Has anyone install this SAR? It requires a FTP download. We are told that in order for us to move our AR from World to OneWorld we need to apply this SAR. Would I be able to apply this during the day while people are on the system and can I only apply it to TEST?

Our company applied it two months ago. We are coexistent, but were able to do it while users were on World and OneWorld applications. It was a straight forward SAR to add, no surprises.
