Sales Update (R42800)

We had a user inadvertantly run sales update without any data selecttion on status. By doing this, the program basically closed out every sales order, regardless of the status it was at. We want to avoid this happening again, and I am wondering if anyone has ever experienced this and if so what did you do. I thought about adding internal data selection that the next status has to be 620

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Yes, requiring that SDNXTR ("BC Status Code - Next (F4211)") be 620 is used.<font color="white">.</font> Also consider limiting the SDAN8 ("BC Address Number(F4211)") customer numbers that are updated .
