We are running JDE XE release B7333 SP23 on a AS400.
Scenario: WMS is setup and running in production. Let's say we have an item in Location Detail Maintenance P4602 showing 2 records, with the same location, same lot number but different receipt date. To illustrate the issue with an example, we are going to say UOM is P2 and each row has a quantity of 2.
Then we go to Manual replenishment P46100 and run a version that automatically confirms the suggestion via subsystem of R46171 (with value of 1 in processing options in "confirmation").
“From Location” is selected in P46100 (the one that has 2 records in F4602) and a valid “To Location” is entered. For quantity we enter 3 so it grabs quantity from both lines on F4602. When clicking ok we receive the following message: "CAUSE: Multiple Location Detail Sequences (F4602s) for a particular item Branch, Location, and Lot were returned from Autoselect or the P4605 Select location Detail window. The quantity specified can not be filled by any one F4602 sequence.
RESOLUTION: Either redice the quantity for the transaction or multiple Location Detail Sequences (F4602s) will be used to satisfy the transaction quantity."
Once accepting this warning message there are 2 suggestions created in F4611 but only one autoconfirms to status 399 and the other line remains at suggestion created status 340.
Then we have to open Confirm Replenishment and confirm the open line from there.
This should not happen and both lines should be confirmed in F4611 to status 399.
I hope I explained the issue clearly. Any ideas?
