Renew License Code

We are not able to renew license code. We get an error when we insert the SPC we get from JDE. We have relaized that we have different Security revision level on deployment server and on fat clients. Is it normal? If it is not, what could it be linked with?

Hi,
Is it an SQL driver error. If yes, then you may have cancelled the Windows Installer window during installation !!!

Hi,

This will happen if the service pack is not the same on the Deployment server and the clients.

The security revision is control by the Service Pack.

Problem is a missing ESU. It seem that we had to install a ESU to get the
correct security Revision. Thanks for your support
