Rebuild specs

I have a question to the list. I have a spec file that has become corrupt
on the deployment server (rdatext) in the parent package. This causes a
problem for it prevents the update package from properly updating the parent
package. I have tried to restore the file, but I am still getting errrors in
builderr.txt on updating that spec in the parent.
The question is: Is there a way to rebuild spec files, outside of the
ddict, and gbltbl specs without performing a full client build? I have a
call open with Denver, but have not received a response as of yet. I suspect
the answer will be no, but I wanted to get the list's feelings on this. If
it is possible, it would save considerable amount of time to just rebuild
the offending spec files rather than an entire new full package.

Thanks,
John

We have this happen sometimes - just find a client with the latest and
greatest copy of your package (we normally use one of our Citrix servers)
and copy the specs from it to the parent package spec directory on the
deployment server. Problem solved.
