RE: World Vision on Citrix

We are running Jwalk on a Citrix server. We are experiencing problems with
World Vision locking up at various times. It happens when we do a menu
selection, such as P.O. entry. It also happens when we do a print screen,
which is a windows application. Does anyone else use Citrix? Is anyone
else having any problems?

Have you checked any scripts running on these operations? Does it do the same thing on the developer PC or just over the web?

We use Citrix, but we use green screens (Rumba). Have not had any problems,
other than an occasional Citrix server problem (a couple of times in a
year).
