R42565 BT ST Addresses

In the last week or two, the R42565 started constructing the bill-to and ship-to address for some invoices from, I think, the who's who information in the address book, instead of using the bill-to and ship-to addresses in the sales order tables.

I've been through the address book and I can't find anything obvious that would control this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi Maggie,
take a look at "addresses by date" - has this been turned on, or someone "just" started using it?

The realationships between the sold too/ship dont just change.

Addresses by date is the only thing I can think of that may explain your issue.

Thanks for the suggestion, Peter.

It turns out to be directly related to SAR 5862283.

"When using a type code of B in the Who's Who of the Address Book, the Alpha Name and Mailing Name are printing on the sales invoice"....etc.

Apparently the KG was acting kind of squirrley on Friday, which is why I never found any mention of this SAR. JDE support cut and pasted the info into an email and sent it to me.
