Dear All,
we are implementing PSFTE1 8-10,
If the Inspector entered the test results for all items in the PO, some quantites of some items were rejected

" can he change the Quantites to be Received on Purchase Order Receipt Application automatically" to inform the store keeper about the rejected items and Qty's

Have you looked into receipt routing which allows you to disposition unacceptable goods automatically.
