Purchase Orders issues P4310 --> Work Day Calendar is not setup

Hi List,

I've been getting for every purchase orders in P4310, the following Warning message = Work Day Calendar is not setup. I'm on 8.10.

I took a look at P00071 and file F0007 but I don't understand the relationship with a PO. Any switch I need to turn off? Looks like to me this file is related to HR....

Salut Eric,

In the P00071 program, make sure that there is a ALL branch record exist for each month for each calendar year.

This is how it calculate the days when do PO generation.

PS - I had the same problem.

The Shop Calender for a financial year has to be set
This is set up activity and is also used in Shop Floor Module

If this is not done one might get this type of error

You can check one more point are you getting this error for all P Os or only in specific P O

If you are getting this for all P Os check weather the records exist for a clander in F0007

If current year record is not there then kindly set this up using P00071
