Projected Budget Amounts

For the last several years we have taken our financials and budget
reports and exported them into Access to manipulate and add information for
publication. The particular item that I need help with is for Budget
Reports. On our budget reports we have a column that shows projected year
end information. I don't know of any way to key this into JDE to have it
show on the reports. During our budget process the managers have to project
an estimated year end amount. Currently the One World system has calculated
amounts for this field; however none of them work well for us. We need to
be able to enter our amount for this column. Does anyone have any
suggestions of how to get this information into JDE so I can get it on the
report; without having to continually use OW and Access and try to maintain
both every time something changes in the budgeting process?

Dave,

I'm not sure I understand. It sounds like you want to replace a calculated column in a report with hard coded data. You could simply modify the report to pull from a budget ledger type (BA, B1, B2, etc...). This way you could import the data you needed into this new ledger and pull it directly into your report.

Let me know if this is not what you were asking.
