Last Monday, we converted from B7331 to XE Cumulative 5 SP19.

We are now having problems posting to the A/R General Ledger account
(1.1120). =20

Every batch we post errors out.=20
=20
From the R09801, the batch errors and when we go and look at submitted
jobs, Acrobat comes up with=20
=20
Error: Batch 22674 RB in Error.
Error: Receipt W/T 000475 Customer 25312 in Error.
Error: Insert into table F03B11 failed.

When we look at the work center personal in basket, we see:

Error: Insert into table F03B11 failed.
Cause: The record being inserted into F03B11 already exists or you do
not have the authority to insert records into this table.

When we do the Sales Update to the General Ledger (move invoices to
A/R), the Sales Update portion seems to work fine (a PDF is generated
that looks good), but the Sales Journal that is also generated
references an invoice that is over 2 years old. =20

When you check the A/R account (1.1120) to see what has been posted, no
invoices have been moved over to A/R. When we run the Batch to
Detail/Out of Balance report (R007031), nothing comes up and everything
seems fine. =20
=20
=20
Therefore, in summary, nothing is posting to our A/R account (1.1120). =20
=20
What is missing? Please help. This is a critical situation! =20
