I have a UBE link on the portal

When subitted it pops up a message saying the report is submitted successfully and the Server and the data Source Name and
The instructions to view the Report.

I am looking into a way to suppress this. Is this a form interconnect?
Where can I find documentation of how to add UBE links/Direct apps on the portal, How to customize portal etc..

The JDE manual doesn't say any of these..

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi sm_v,
we have personalized portal and have had a lot of problems to find documentation. We have started an hard work to study JDEdwards portal components, to learn JDEdwards methodology. We have implemented component to connect single OneWorld application, report, HTML OneWorld menus, Lotus Notes/Exchange, other JSP/Servlet/bean application, custom CRM, Citrix NetFuse......
If you wish more information you can reach me by this forum or by email.

I am trying hard to find anything that would help me to learn portal. Do you
have any documentation on this?
What I am doing right now is to put a JDE app on the Favorites task with the
options I want and see the link it uses. It is not the way and it can be
frustruating.
Can you send me information on how to go about this?

Thanks a lot!!

I was in Quest-West two weeks ago, There was a very informative session
"The New JDE Collaborative Portal". The presenter name was Jim Martin from
JDE.
You may need to send him an email "[email protected]" or you may see
the presentation in Quest West web site. The prsentation had a lot of
documentation and white papers!
