Performance issue on Submit UBE

I was observing my users today, and noticed that the transition from the data selection screen to the printer selection screen was taking from 7 to 20 seconds. This seems like an inordinatley long time since response time is normally in the .5-1.25 sec range for most screen transitions.

Has anyone else seen this issue and what did you do to fix it?
