Hi List,
Some of our endusers are working with PDA devices are facing certain issue.
1. We access the WO Material Issues-RF
2. Scan or enter WO #
2. Scan in label data and when trying to press the 1. Issue button it is NOT AVAILABLE, it is shaded in grey. Issue CAN NOT be done.
3. If clicking on the refresh button--> 1.ISSUE button is NOT available, material issue can not be performed.
4. Instead of reading the label the Stock number is typed in.
5. If clicking on the refresh button --> 1. Issue is now available, material issue can be performed.
6. If using the browser to select the item number --> 1.ISSUE button is NOT available, material issue can not be performed.
Any suggestion wud be welcome.
The device is MX6 with M/S pocket PC,Version 4.2.0(build 14053)
