P47121 Summary Functionality

Has anyone managed to resolve the summary issue in program P47121. The issue being that the journal entries are not summarised. I found an old SAR, 2133237, but this just said that it would be reconsidered in the future! Thanks for any help provided,

I cannot seem to find this SAR but I am facing the same problem. G/L summaries either do not create or are incorrect. We're running 7.3 cum 10. Has anyone found out anymore about this issue? Does anyone have the original SAR? It does not appear in the PeopleSoft Customer Care Center when I search on it (SAR #2133237).

Sorry, I've no answers to your questions. However, PeopleSoft's Karen Friese told our user group that, unlike JDE, PS only posts completed SARs so there is no subscribing to those under review. PS did institute a new centralized online method for user groups to compile, submit, & track product enhancement requests. We heard about that from Chuck Meadows of PS. You might want to get the Southern Cal. group involved. Good luck!
