P4310 Purchase order Email approval

Hi all,

Application P4310 is creating the order and send an email with link to approver. however the version attached to the approver email link is defaulted to ZJDEXXXX. My requirement is to send an email with the version specified in the processing option of "version" tab filed "Approval Review (P43081)" of application P4310.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

I am on JDE E920 and TR is 9.2.0.5

Hi Dhaval,

We got around this limitation by modifying the JDE trigger that is present on F4209 Held Orders Table. On the event "Before record is Inserted", we hardcoded our versions based on various order types.
