P30208 Costed Routing Inquiry

We discovered that when using P30208 the effectivity date is ignored and the costs displayed on W30208A are based on run speeds listed under the first effective date range encountered in the routing. Drilling down into the form shifts the user over to the P30026 Cost Components application and the correct machine run rate is selected based on effectivity date. Has any one encountered this? Found nothing on KG re this error.
