Other user can not submit UBE but it\'s ok for PSFT

Hi,

User PSFT can submit ube on enterprise but other user can not submit. In jde.log has error "Unable to create user session to database server".

Could you please suggest me.

Please ensure that the "System User" tied to the end users has the appropriate permissions to the Oracle DB.

My user can submit UBE on server after I turn on security server.
