Order Address P4006

Had a 0 doc # in F4006 table which caused all direct ship purchase orders to generate with the wrong ship to address. JDE says caused by corrupt data and there is no fix to prevent. Must delete bad record. Ref: SAR # 6084188 closed - no action taken. Anyone experienced this before? and if so, any way to prevent?

I have experienced before... we let our end users know how to look for that
issue and let us know, but in the last six months... they haven't had the
issue...
