ODBC Application Name Parameter and SQL Server 2000

Good day,

Is there any way to pass a UBE name to the ODBC connection string which is used to connect to an SQL 2K server. I am using SQL Server profiler and when monitoring queries, would like to know which UBE is generating certain statements. Under profiler, the Application Name column is blank. Any way to populate it?
