Multiple runs of Variable Numerator Allocations

Is anyone using R093022 (Variable Numerator allocations) in oneworld multiple times in a single month?

We have just begun using the allocations in Oneworld and they sometimes create out of balance journal entries. The problem seems to happen when we run the same allocation a second or third time in one month. This is required by our finance group as they need to see the results of the allocations before completing the close.

Is anyone using R093022 (Variable Numerator allocations) in Oneworld multiple times in a single month?

We are running allocations on day 1 of the close, then our finance people make more journal entries and we rerun the allocations. This continues until we run the allocations 3 or 4 times on day 3. Does anyone else do this? Our accounting department wants to know if we are making it difficult or is this just a problem with JDE.

We have a SAR request with JDE, but they say even though it worked in World you cannot run the same allocations multiple times with the same GL date. If we have a need to do this we need to make another allocation or use a different GL date. All of our allocations are run with the last day of the month as the GL date.

Any suggestions?
