Local web in tools 9.1.3.1....

Ok, this may be a dumb question, but what is the local web supposed to look like in tools 9.1? Like it looked in 8.98, or like the real web looks in 9.1? If it's the former, then I have it working. If it's the latter, then I've done something terribly wrong.

I'm 9.1.02 and the local web looks like the application server web even though the former uses OAS and the latter is PMS - I mean WebLogic.

The local web should look like the Server Web. Confirm the tools release of your local web by checking the ptf.log in following location assuming you have installed on C drive in E900

C:\E900\system\OC4J\j2ee\home\applications\webclient.ear\webclient\owhtml\ptf.log
